• Orders may not be cancelled once submitted via this Site or via any other method of sale.

  • For Monthly subscribers, we will continue to charge your credit card and send the gift boxes to you every month until you cancel your subscription.
  • To cancel, log in to your Account Page, click Edit Subscription, then choose Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page. Or send us an email at to let us know you want to cancel.
  • If you cancel by email, please include the following info: Your name, subscription type ie.,3,6,12 months, and the address where you receive your gift boxes. That way, we’ll be sure to cancel only your subscription and not one you are sending as a gift.
  • We must receive your cancellation email 48 hours before subscription renewal to cancel your subscription the following month. If we receive your cancellation email less than 48 hours before subscription renewal, then you will be charged for the following month and your subscription will be cancelled the month after.
  • We’ll stop sending gift boxes the month immediately following your cancellation request.

Cancelling your subscription

  • To cancel a Pay Monthly Subscription and no longer make a Renewal Payment (“Cancel”), please notify us by either: (1) logging in to your Account, selecting “Manage Your Account”, clicking “Cancel” next to any current Pay Monthly Subscription, selecting the reason for cancelling, and then clicking “Cancel Subscription” or (2) sending a message via email to saying that you want to cancel your Pay Monthly Subscription. To be effective, an Email Cancellation must include the order number for the Pay Monthly Subscription, name of the person paying for the subscription, name of the person receiving the subscription, and the address where the socks for the Pay Monthly Subscription are sent. Cancellation will be effective the following month so long as the Cancellation is received by HW by 5:00pm EST two days prior to the Renewal Payment or cancellation deadline. If Cancellation is not received by HW before the cancellation deadline, then cancellation will be effective the following month. For example, if the Renewal Payment Day is the 8th of February then the cancellation deadline would be 5:00 pm on 5th February and no further payments is charged.

Acceptance and rejection of an Order (by us)

  • Any electronic receipt or other form of order confirmation provided to you does not signify our acceptance of your order.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including (without limitation) if the requested product is not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site or in your order. Where possible, we will provide a “substitute” item equal to or greater than the original item if product is unavailable.
  • If we reject an order placed through the Site, then we will endeavour to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.
  • A credit note or a refund will be issued to you immediately.


We want to do everything we can to ensure you receive a Happiness Watchers experience. Our policies are stated below however you can always email us at and we will make sure your satisfaction is guaranteed.

We are happy to accept the return of any product/s that is defective and damaged during shipping and we’ll send a replacement items ASAP! If the item is out stock, we will replace it with items similar or greater in value.

Change of mind

  • We do not offer refunds for gifts that are shipped and delivered to the recipient without any damage.  Any additional costs incur for the replacement item such as delivery would need to be paid for prior to shipping. The cost of returning the Product by post is at your expense, unless faulty. Returns must be sent by you at your cost using a trackable or signed-for delivery service, such as registered post.  Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that your returned item reaches us safely. HW are not liable for the loss or damage of return items in transit. We will email you to confirm when a return has been received by us.
  • Unless you notify us, to the contrary by email within seven (7) days of delivery of any Products and such notification is confirmed by return email within seven (7) days of its receipt by us, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you.


  • We are happy to refund the cost of any order made in error, if we haven’t already shipped your gift box. For example, if you accidentally order two subscriptions and only wanted one, we’re happy to cancel the second subscription and refund your money. If we’ve already shipped the gift box for the second subscription, we’ll cancel any future gift boxes for the cancelled subscription, but cannot refund the cost of the gift box that has been shipped.
  • For Pay Once subscribers, we can issue refunds up to 90 days after the original purchase date for undelivered months remaining on the subscription. After 90 days, we are unable to issue any refunds.
  • We will not refund the cost of gift boxes that you have received and simply don’t like. See our Returns Policy for further details on how we take care of these situations.
  • We do not refund shipping costs for any packages that have been shipped.

Delivery and Shipping

  • Orders placed within the Brisbane metropolitan area will be delivered to a home or business location within 2 days.
  • Orders to be shipped within Australia will be shipped the next business day with our courier or Australia Post. Once picked up, our courier usually has your items delivered within 2-5 days, but please allow up to 7 business days for nationwide orders during public holidays and weekends.
  • We ship nationwide in Australia and internationally via Australia Post to the countries to which they offer delivery service.
  • Australia Post will deliver all international shipments from Australia to the entry point of each destination country, and from there Australia Post transfers the package to the national postal service.
  • Our shipping charges are subject to change at any time.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable after the gift box has been sent.

Prices, Fees and Charges

  • The prices of the products, delivery and other charges displayed on this site are current at the time of issue, however, HW reserves the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice.
  • All prices shown on this Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the products as shown on the Site are inclusive of GST (unless otherwise indicated).
  • It is the responsibility of overseas customers to pay GST in their country of origin.

Lost or stolen packages

  • We will endeavour to assist you in any way we can if your shipment is lost, however, we cannot take responsibilities for missing packages.
